Pet Policy

Pets (Dogs & Cats)

• Max 3 Allowed
• One-Time Fee is $250 per pet
• Rent is $25 per pet
• Deposit is $100 per pet
• No weight limits for pets

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, or any mix of any of the previously mentioned breeds and any other breed that the Landlord deems to have similar characteristics.

Other Animals: Reptiles, poisonous animals, exotic animals, farm animals, animals raised for food or commercially, etc. are not allowed. Small mammals that are in a cage, fish, and caged birds are allowed and not subject to a pet fee or rent. Service animals are not considered pets. Please contact the management team with any questions on the animal policy or to discuss a service animal.

Additional Information: All pets are subject to management approval. Management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement.
